Brazil company set to organize yoga retreats
While football lovers are getting ready for the World Cup tournament this summer – going after their teams in search of victory in Brazil, there are several companies that are trying to garner some profit this season. While several would go to several Brazilian cities to see a match, there would be another half that would prefer to stay in Rio de Janeiro beach side.
A Brazilian company named Yoga Body Rio has set up 2 retreats mainly for football fearing women, so that they could work on getting set for the treat while their partners go after their team across Brazil.
Marisa Paska, the YBR founder, would offer 6 day long yoga retreat in Rio de Janeiro, located in the beautiful Santa Teresa district. There would also be 3 day yoga as well as surf escape to Buzios, a resort just hundred miles away from the city. It is well known as Brazil's St Tropez.
The courses would have yoga along with luxury accommodation with cultural and culinary experiences. On the other hand, the short course in Buzios would also offer surfing courses. The foods, in Buzios, would be locally sourced produce, organic; while the stress in Rio de Janeiro would be on cultural experiences along with everyday yoga sessions.
The courses would start from £ 1200. They would be available just before and after the Football World Cup. The retreats are organized by LATAM, the Latin American airline group that owns TAM and LAN. They have also stated that they would increase the number of flights in Brazil during the World Cup.
